Fire would be resolved during her next maintenance phase which would happen before the souls are turned into focus.

Therefore, the souls add to ARM when resolving fire.

You don't lose the soul tokens when you lose Focus though. They get replaced with Focus during the replenishment step.

Normal souls don't provide ARM bonus though, so I'm not sure the 'Souls adding to ARM' effect only last during her feat, which ends on the turn before you resolve fire on her.

Last line of her feat: When Blaize replenishes her focus during your next Control Phase, replace each soul token on her with 1 focus point, then Divine Intervention expires.

The souls adding arm do add throughout her entire feat, and her feat does not end the turn before you resolve fire. It ends during the Control Phase of her next turn.
