Ello everyone. I have had Warmachine for years, played it quite often, but haven't played much in a few years. Got started about 7(?) years ago when the Edinburgh League of Gamers club started up.
I used to go to both the GW vets club and ELG every week, keeping GW for 40k and ELG for warmachine, so I got plenty of games in back then. But I cut back to one night of gaming to one night a week, going to ELG, and warmachine took a back seat to 40k.
I've only just now got round to priming and washing my collection, did it all in one go. I'd only finished a few before now.
I've been a Protectorate of Menoth player right from the start, focussing on Exemplars with Kreoss as my caster but with Harby as my second/alternative caster. I have quite a big collection of warmachine collection for someone who doesn't play often, I worked out my collection to 133pts.
At ELG just now we have a 15pts noob league run my Ghostmaker. The league has been a really good tool for getting a whole host of new players into warmachine and hordes. Once the current league has run it's course, and all the new players have built up their forces and knowledge, we will be increase the points size. I'm itching to break out my 'bigger guns'.
