Casters for Nyss and Locks for Iosans?

So, if the Nyss can be warlocks (albeit through Everblight) and Iosans can be Warcasters, will we ever see this occur?

Will we ever see a Retribution Nyss caster? We already have an Iosan warlock (Dahlia).

I think it'd be pretty cool.

They find Nyssor, some Nyss return to Ios, a Warcaster is found among them.

Anything is possible, but the current level of Nyss technology isn't conducive to warcasting. They don't use firearms, much less arcanika; there are no Nyss myrmidons. There is only widespread literacy in their own language among the Fane of Nyssor.

In addition, the mutual distrust between the Nyss and Ios has only just begun to change.

I could see, a couple books down the road, of an allied Nyss warcaster. Ally for the Retribution... I suppose I imagine a mercenary contract for Seekers in exile, Iosans who don't like the turn of politics in Ios and the shift toward support for the Retribution.

I suppose that's kind of a pipe dream, but there are lots of places for Privateer to go. Should be fun.

Also a Nyss caster is possible but we'll see I wouldn't expect to see it for a while. Though I could see an allied warcaster via a merc contract like Omega suggested.

I'm hoping so, considering he was brought back to life, he definitely will have a part in the story at some point I do hope we get to field him though.

I just think that the story and therefore maybe some rules should bring in the Nyss at some point. If PP keep it as Nyssor is always just out of the Retribution's grasp, it'll get stale.

A Nyss warcaster is unlikely an allied warlock has better odds. I think we will probably see a RoS Nyss unit before we see a warcaster/warlock. And yes I think we will see the old warrior-priest that was saved in Legends, made for the table top.

Granted since Ilos is taking Nyss refugees, it is possible that in a generation that a Nyss familiar with arcanist ways might become a warcaster.

It would be interesting to see a Nyss Warlock that somehow was very powerful enough to control myrmidons. Maybe some lesser beasts in the package for this caster.This warlock would be a warcaster in all rules etc just that that he/she would be anti horde caster. Lots of beast control and beast shut down like a Haley version for hordes or that troll warlock from the gnarls hehehe :)
Aside from that I think a Nyss unit of 3 -4 casters that do ice spells would be a possibility. Lots of synergy with Rahn :)
