Here's a rules question for you all: does a Warbeast gain a Fury for performing a power attack when he Counter-Slams?

I would say no. The spell should pay for the power attack.
In addition, I don't think you can spend fury or force your beasts in the opponents turn. Otherwise you could force to boost free-strike attacks.

I find it strange that they made this Beast exclusive as it was previously for troops. That being said, there are a lot of things that out of activation movements and effects just strait up ignore because most of the wording it during their turn or activation and such. Which is why most of them went away...

Also, I have one more Borka, or rather a general question and I'll post it here to not make another thread. It says that the model is pushed when it moves d3" due to Stumbling Drunk - does pushing ignore free strikes? IIRC placing ignores free strikes but I'm not sure.

actually i am not sure it is beast exclusive i think this can actually be cast on solos as well which is kind of nice on horthol (i expect haven't tested)

Its..... okay. Counter Slam is way harder to pull of, if more impactful, than counter charge.
My pet feedback for Borka that I'm toying with is making him Fury 6 and taking away Top Up. It fixes most of the problems with a feat that works on beasts, yet no capacity of incentive to run beasts.
