Two part question.

1) I assume that a warlock is still able to cut itself for fury. Thing is, I could not find any mention of this in the rules. Did it just get left out by mistake like reaving had been? or was it actually removed?

2) If cutting is indeed still a part of the game, does it count as a form of leaching or is it different? I ask because there are certain game effects that prevent someone from leeching fury, hence while under these effects, you would not only be unable to leech fury from beasts, but you would also be unable to cut yourself.

The example of this that occurred in a game was Mohsar's feat Disjunction. It says "While in Mohsarʼs control area enemy models cannot be used to channel spells, leach fury, or have fury leached from them for one round."
Therefor, if an enemy warlock was caught under this feat, he would be unable to leech fury from beasts, but would he also be unable to cut himself for fury as it is a form of leeching?

Thanks in advance.
