Learning Retribution, starting @ 15pts.

Trying to go ahead and learn this faction, and so I'm going after a different playstyle than my usual Cygnar Shenanigans, and also trying to pick the models with the most visual appeal to me.

So my thought for my first 15pt list is:

Dawnlord Vyros
Phoenix
Phoenix
Arcanist

Simple and to the point I think, with a good mix of range and melee, a ton of abilities, and those awesome looking regenerating shields, with the Arcanist to mostly hide and buff, but run up to fix a generator in a pinch.

Any thoughts or advice?

While fun, and reasonably powerful, It's looks a bit samey to be learning (a faction) with.

Why not go a bit more Battlebox like - Vyros, Phoenix, Gorgon, Griffon, 2pts of solos.

I started with those minis, changing the solo between 2 arcanists, 1 MHA and 1 Sniper

I love the Phoenix, I really do... but I don't know that I can ever seen myself fielding two. I think you'd be better off with a pair of Hydra to take max advantage of Birds Eye

The Phoenix takes more advantage of birds eye than the Hydra. ;)

There is always the other standard "battlebox" of Kaelyssa, Hydra, Chimera, Griffon.

For Vyros though the list above would be a great start to learn.
