Electro leap and arcing.

Whenever you hit a model using Electro leap you can have the nearest model within 4" take a POW 10 hit, but what do you do when there are two or models that would count as the nearest?

My own thoughts would be to simply randomise the hit but is it possible that the attacker or defender gets to choose who takes the hit?

I usually just pick one at random out of the closest models.
