Feora, 35pts List

I've given this list a decent go on Vassal, it's fairly competitive though I'm sure people will pick some holes in it, no list is perfect eh?

So thoughts please people, much appreciated :D
(Orginially this list had the Covenant instead of the Choir, Covenant isn't much use though I've found...)

A pair of Reclaimers seems a bit odd. Do you really have enough infantry to use them well? What does the second one really give you? I'd consider taking one out for either a covenant or a choir.

I have to say, I've found Cleansers to be less than impressive. I suppose if your opponents run infantry-heavy, they might be useful, but I haven't really seen it, especially with Feora's ability already to take out infantry.

Why take a Guardian? There's not a whole lot that would be useful to channel in Feora's spell list. Perhaps consider using the points from a reclaimer to turn the Guardian into the Avatar, a self-focus-generating beatstick.

How have you found the Sunburst to do? I haven't thought of putting it in with Feora.

He has enough models to feed the Reclaimers and with a different jack loadout they should do just fine.

I agree the Guardian isn't much help. Feora1 doesn't have enough focus to channel spells that are worth a damn.

Reckoner is a great choice with her. It's a good beatstick and if Feora hangs near it, she'll be an effective DEF17 against living models.

While the extra fire is nice, the TFG-UA isn't really needed. The only thing it really does for you is bring terror to the table.

or swap a Reckoner, Reclaimer and Wracks for the Avatar.

While people might say too much support, think of what those support models can be doing if they aren't 'supporting'. Reclaimers have 5 souls to buy or boost attack/damage as well as Soul Storm, Vassals can use Arcane Bolt. When they are supporting they make your jacks fearsome and frees up focus for a caster who likes to hold on to it.

I'd swap the Guardian out for Fire of Salvation (I love that jack, so fast, so punchy) and drop the second Reclaimer for a min Choir.

Past experience with the cleansers has been a bit iffy, I'll say that much. But with a second Reclaimer hanging around them, when they inevitably drop, the souls reaped (reclaimed :P) do help in bringing the pain when the Reclaimer gets stuck in.

I do like the idea of bringing the Avatar in, he's a bleedin' monster! Something to think about for sure.

I appreciate what tzeentchling and Soylent have been saying about Feora and her spell list. She does like to keep focus to herself, so the arc node is a bit pointless, though the Guardian is a jack that'll stick around for a while and deny the opponent getting straight into Feora...
