Looking for tips on how to finish up this paint scheme

The wings and bone bits on the angelius looks really good, I'm assuming you're not sure what to do with the skin?

I'd leave it mostly black, but highlight it towards a different color. You can go prety much any direction you want: blue, purple, green..

actually im looking for tips on what to do with the seraphs wings and bone parts at present his skin is all black and all bone parts are colored with chestnut ink

Well looking at you're Angelius i would do something similar, just a quick drybrush to dull down the inky look of the ink (not sure how to better describe it really).

Dry brush, as was mentioned and some Dull Coate. Looks good!

Aye, keep to the same scheme as the Angelius, this will tie the army together and is a great scheme to boot.
