Is this the closest Faction-Forum?

I get the impression, that through some reason (background of our faction, a shared sense of loser-ness, or a shared sense of rage), that we're a fairly tight-knit Faction-Forum. I fear to venture into the other Faction ones lest I'm caught, tied up and left to rot. But regularly, I've seen people refering to us as well....Trollkin, and that we are are the TB themselves. Which makes sense, when you play a faction and are hardcore about it, you become the faction.

I get the feeling that we're a nicer sub-forum, a team of sorts, that occasionally, when things are at their doomiest and gloomiest, sees a thread posted that stokes the flames of war that lie within us all.

Am I correct or am I just being silly?

Probably the nicest in Hordes, but I think Mercs are probably the most friendly and close-knit faction-forum.

I second that Mercs have a very characterful and positive community but us trolls have a lot of good members on these forums.

Between Sevwall, Ummhumm and the insatiable whinging of Petergr we have tons of fairly logical and well thought out posts and tactics to draw on when we want to.

MKii feeback also seems to be going quite well, there are a few common themes kicking around for what needs to be done and quite often we can have a good conversation about it.

Also, I am quite proud to be a troll. When every fight is for survival and every drop of blood precious, I love watching my Kriel Warriors die savage pitiful deaths either gorged on by giant beasts, crushed under metal feet or carved up by the elite troops that have been sent to deal with the unexpected resistance they have put up. And as they are butchered, for every one that dies another drags someone screaming to their deaths alongside them with a shattered skull or mortal wound from axe or blade.

I love this faction because of what it does and how it looks and feels and I am pretty proud of our community in general at that.

I secretly hate you all, and only post here regularly so that I can further develop my 'enemies list'.

That said, we do seem pretty cordial, though I wouldn't necessarily say that we are nicer than other faction forums. The Hordes forums in general seem pretty nice places to post. I guess I'll say that we seen to be a happier, if not closer, bunch of people.

I think I can speak for most of the Trolls when I say... We're not nicer, we're just friendly drunks.

It's because in MKI anyone playing Trolls was Dysfunctional so we all need to keep together. ROFL

Honestly before I had a faction symbol under my name. I was laughed at and drummed out of two fourms for the littlest offense of calling one by the lesser used half of their name or dare i say it misspelling their name entirely. Since the Troll logo has hit my name however, there are an additional three fourms that have discounted me entirely because of it, even though I might actually own and play things out of other Factions.

Trolls and Mercs in general have been the most helpful and cordial though. Ret is pretty good too but nowhere near as helpful and organized as the much maligned Mercs and Trolls.

Yep. We do pretty well here. pretty well thought out answers, for the most part, and people who know what they're doing. We all have different strength's, take on things or perceived problems but we all also want the same thing.
