For my first complete Warmachine model, I don't think she turned out too badly. (I have been painting minis on and off for several years, though mostly armored things, nothing as organic as faces and cloaks) Also the first time I've done a face (didn't have the right colors, so I had to mix my own). Of course, after the photos I see tons of touch-ups I need to do...

Anyway, the pics:

I like her!

The only critique I can come up with, is that the face could use some shading. You have painted it very neatly, but there's no "shadows" in the face". Just a comment though, I like her anyway :)

Not bad, looks like the cloak came out nicely, only thing I really noticed is the frost glow on her weapon looks flat and mono-chromatic, try intensifying the center of the vents with a brighter blue to strengthen the glow.

Love the cloak, I agree with the face comment though, while your doing the shading a little spot of red to define her lips cause at the moment it looks like she is pulling her lips back over her teeth and into her mouth, if that makes any sense at all. The little spot of red will help define her face too.

Yeah, it kinda looks like her face is made of wax...
It's WM / H night at my LGS tonight, and I'll be picking up a flesh color and a flash wash.
Look for an update on her soon!

Thanks for the comments everyone,
