Charge: Move, drive, swing?

Can my swordknight officer declare charge, make the charge move (notfail), do the drive, and then swing?

I know the (lack of) interrupt language was in warcaster's spell section, so... is its absence also applicable to drives?

Yes, that is legal.

Drives are any time during activation, so they can be done between charge movement and charge attack.
