Sorceress, Ride By, & Special Attacks/Actions

Under Ride By attacks it states that a model can move, do it's combat action, and then finish its move. A model may make a combat action if it did not move or run, which it is not. And a model can make one special attack as its combat action. And a model make a special attack as their action.

So to confirm a Nyss Sorceress using Ride by attack may move, interrupt her move to use Blight Storm, Frostbite, or Wind Ravager, and then finish her move. Correct?

You wouldn't be able to use Blight Storm or Wind Ravager because those are special actions and not attacks. Special actions are taken instead of your Combat action, and ride-by attacks state that you must take your combat action.
