since an animus cast from a beast is not a spell, can a model have a spell cast from a warlock and an animus on a beast on it at the same time? thank you for your replies.

No, because the spell cast from the caster is both an animus and spell.

if they are different spells.
Clarification:
Warbeast uses it's Animus on a model (It now has an Animus)
If the Warlock casts another Animus on the model then the warbeast's animus turns off.
If the warlock just casts a spell (not an animus) then both effects stay.
..
with titles:
Dire Troll Rockstar uses his animus "Rock your socks off" on a Hero to make him faster...
Madrak cannot cast "Rush" (Axer Animus) or "Rager" (Dire Troll animus) without negating "Rock your socks off" animus...
but Madrack may cast Surefoot without negating anything, as it is just a spell.

No, because the spell cast from the caster is both an animus and spell.
that is why I said an animus cast from a beast is not a spell.

if they are different spells.
You are restricted to the following in any case:
one friendly upkeep
one enemy upkeep
one animus (either forced or spell-casted)
any spell with different name
Beside that restriction you can have as much as many spells on your models you can afford

This is no buff-like animus: just place/remove a ressource. For this case it's says: "can only be affected once". Otherwise you could do it multiple times.
The animi I've read (not all) target always friendly models. Some affect enemy modle in specific range from that target friendly model but the animi itself is cast on a friendly model

yah read them all, just the place and remove. maybe it means can be effected by an enemy animus without having its own animus expire?

To the OP,
A model can have the follow number of spells and animii on it at one time.
1 Friendly Upkeep Spell
1 Enemy Upkeep Spell
1 Friendly Animus
Unlimited amount of Enemy Animii
Unlimited amount of Friendly Non-Upkeep Spells
Unlimited amoun of Enemey Non-Upkeep Spells
For Animii the section tells you that you are only limited to one (1) Friendly animus at a time it never tells you a limit on the enemy animii.
A model or unit can have only one friendly animus in play on
it at a time. If another friendly animus is cast on a model or
unit the older friendly animus expires and is replaced by the
new one when the affected model is hit by the animus. The
older friendly animus expires even if only a single model in
the unit is affected by the new friendly animus. This applies
to animi used by warbeasts as well as those cast as spells.
For a good example of an enemy animus that could be cast on a model mutiple times see the legion warbeast, Raek, it's Shadow Shift can be cast on the same model multiple times, from different Raeks and their controlling Warlock, because it target's an enemy model.
