Limited Edition Books?

Will there be Limited Edition books for the new MK2 books coming out? Including the Retribution of Scyrah book?

Are there any plans to make a large "Collectors Edtion" set that would be a box set of all the new MK2 books?

when a book has limited edition next to it, is always a hardback version of some book.

The hardbacks aren't always made, there made initially and then it just softcovers. Retribution has a hardcover which I assume is also limited like all the hard covers before.
