Kaelyssa "ignore los n cover" spell

Hi, I don't remember the correct name,but Kaelyssa has a spell for 2 focus (upkeep) ,that makes a model see through terrain and ignore cover. Is this right,there's no catch ? Because it seems very powerful. Thnx

Its called phantom seeker, and yes its really annoying.
