Two quick questions.

Greetings all! I had two quick rules questions I was hoping to sort out.

1. Can you use an arc node if the jack it is on is knocked down?

2. can you throw inert warjacks?

I tried using the search function first but could not turn anything up. If it was there and I just did not see it, please feel free to allocate me 5 fail points and laugh heartily. Thanks.

Stationary nodes may channel- But not KD models

The new PDF only mentions Inert status for purposes of caster destruction- Throw's reference doesnt have any targeting restrictions.

An inert jack is still a valid model on the table- I would say yes- its a Throw power attack made against a stationary model.
