Tournament Standard in MkII

What is the new tournament standard for MkII? My LGS is using 50 pts, but I'm seeing more and more 35 pt. lists being posted places, and the other store in town is having a 35 pt. tournament. Just trying to figure out what I should be planning for.

Well, 35pts is 500, and 50 is 750. Whichever your venue tended toward in Mk.I, use the equivalent in Mk.II.

Officially we are still waiting but unofficially 25-35 points is around the old 500 point range.

I'm leaning towards 50 should be the standard. 35 tends to just favor trick armies, and is tough on Hordes who can't afford to run spare beasts for fury generation.

50 feels a bit unwieldy to me, 35 seems just right. I get more in a 35 pt list than I did at 500 in the old rules; whereas at 50, I get everything I'd have at 750 plus a lot more.

Even with Hordes, my old Trollblood 500 point list plus an extra unit fits at 35.

35pts. seems right. 50pt. lists you see more duplicate units, etc.

Im about to participate in a tournament in a couple of weeks with a 40pt limit.
