new to cryx, 35 pt eGaspy list

I'm new to Cryx, and in the process of puting together a 35 point army list and looking for input/suggestions. This is my initial list:

Army Points: 35
Name Cost
Lich Lord Asphyxious -6
Deathripper 4
Nightwretch 4
Deathjack 12
Bane Knights (full) 10
Bane Lord Tartarus 4
Withershadow Combine 5
Skarlock 2

Also looking for suggestions on how much this would need to change to run p Asphyxious and Deneghra respectively.

From what I've heard, eGaspy isn't the easiest 'caster to begin with, apparently pGaspy, Denny, Skarre and pGoreshade are all better beginner casters, so are you sure about this?

Well I am not new to warmachine, just cryx and mark 2. From what I have read on him, his basic strategy doesn't seem that complex to catch on to. Just need some input on if there is anything in the list that jumps out as out of place or clear improvements that I might consider.
