There are a couple of threads in the Legion forum of her cons...not sure how many pros :).

Anyway, here's the build I like for her in casual play with no scenario (never played her in a tourney):

Typhon (12)
Carnivean (11)
6 Swordsmen + Abbot & Champion (8)
5 Raptors (10)

It's pretty straight-forward: a big pile o' weapon masters.

Tips & Tricks:
Obviously Rapport + Carnivean is a good combo.
Use Occultation on your Swordsmen + Dash and some of them might actually make it into combat, which should be brutal.
Occulation can also be useful to get your Raptors into the opponent's backfield (Dash never hurts too).
During the Feat turn, Typhon can bite a screening unit (use the feat's "additional melee attack" as this first one), place behind it, and put 3 sprays into some vulnerable models (occasional caster kill). Even the mere threat of that happening can get your opponent to play differently, and thus make mistakes.

Biggest Con: no Reach. Most of these models look like they would have Reach, but you'd be wrong though. (Well I guess 5 Fury is really the biggest con, but I mean with this specific list.) The coming Scythean is probably worth shoehorning in here.

Swap-outs: People say the Raptor models are pricey. I guess they are. I'd consider Warspears (they have Reach!), with a decent ranged threat and solid melee ability. They're also Fearless (Raptors aren't). They're 5 in a box, plus add a Forsaken or Deathstalker for the same 10pts. Not everyone likes Warspears (I really do) but then again, not everyone likes Rhyas ;). Play what you like!

Hope this was helpful!

If you can bear to spend the points, maybe smoke gobbers could help. Whenever I have units I need to preserve smoke can help. Then again, you have the Carni and Typhon to block LOS, so gobbers may not be necessary.

Bullet Bill, you must make initial attacks before additional attacks, so only up to two sprays after this trick, unless you spray with your charge.

If you have lots of Knock Down in your Meta's Tournament lists many people will suggest the Neph Protector for the Animus, Rhyas is really squishy if they can drop her.

I personally go super, super offensive and just put on pressure until my opponent leaves an opening by mistake. My regular 35pt list is like so:

Rhyas, Sigil of Everblight -6
Shredder 2
Angelius 9
Carnivean 11
Carnivean 11
Blighted Nyss Swordsmen (6/10) 5
Blighted Nyss Swordsman Abbot and Champion 3

This runs a little fury heavy though, so sometimes I'll drop the Shredder for a Forsaken, or the second Carnivean for Striders and Incubi. Shredder is there for Tenacity though, Rhyas at 17 is surprisingly harder to hit.

I don't own a Typhon so I don't use that option.

When we get Scyther for real I'll probably run two Scythers instead of Carnys in this list and free up 4 points for Shepherd/Forsaken/Deathstalker support.

Hope that helps

Bullet Bill, you must make initial attacks before additional attacks, so only up to two sprays after this trick, unless you spray with your charge.
I'll go with that, but you won't be able to use the spray on the charge. The placing effect only happens if you use a melee attack to do damage, so you need the Bite first.

All this helps a lot.. With crit decap is it exceeds the arm like 17+ or the difference between arm and weapons power+strengh?

Any damage in excess of Armour is doubled.

So say you are dealing 22 Damage (Average w/o charging) and your target has an Armour of 18, the difference is 4 so you deal 8 damage. This is why I always boost to hit with Rhyas. Especially against Warcasters. If I'm against a Warlock and they've got some Transfers I'd probably just buy more attacks to bait out those transfers.

Forsaken is really nice, and pretty cheap.
