Advice?

so we are having a slow grow league at my hobby store that goes 25, 40 and 55 pts.
for my first list i have:
sorscha
Juggernaught
Destroyer
10 IFP
4 Widowmakers
Man Hunter

For the second (40 pts) i am having trouble. this is what i have so far:
Butcher
Juggernaught
Destroyer
10 IFP
IFP unit attachment
Great Bears
4 Widowmakers
Greylord ternion
Koldun Lord
Manhunter
War dog

this still comes up short by 2 pts. I'd like to have some MOW demolition corps to block LOS to the butcher, but im not sure what to take out. i also have the option of a minimum strength AK unit, but once again don't know if its worth it. thoughts?

I'm not an expert list builder by any means, but in terms of tweaks, if you dropped the Destroyer for a Kodiak you would have enough points for a Mortar. The Mortar would get you AOE coverage, and the Kodiak and Butcher work great together.

At the 40pt level I would consider dropping the Manhunter and adding the Bokur for shield guard.
