So I've been loving my eMadrak list of late and it's been doing wonders when I can remember what it's supposed to do and how it's supposed to work together....

So my 35 point list

eMadrak -5
Mulg 12
Fennblades (10) 8
Pyg Burrowers (10) 6
Longriders (3) 7
Krielstone bearers (4) 3
Stone Scribe Elder 1
Fell Caller 3

So thats my 35 pt list.

Now what I'm thinking of doing to go to 50pts is...

Axer 6 pts
+2 Longriders 4 pts
Fellcaller 3 pts
Stone scribe chronicler 2 pts

So what do you think? Am I mad or do you think this wil work? Am I missing something? Can I do something better? Hit me with it people...

I'd be tempted to to throw in another heavy warbeast myself, like the EBDT or Mauler. Also--do you own Horthol? If you're thinking about expanding out the Long Riders, he's a great addition to add more value. I'm not sure you'll necessarily need a second Fell Caller, though you can go for it if you want, but I certainly wouldn't but the second Fell Caller in there AND add the Stone Scribe Chronicler. At that point it seems like you would be just a tad heavy on support units versus models that more directly affect the battle.

The second Fell Calller is tempting because you can have the Fennblades at MAT 8 and Long Riders MAT 9 for eMadrak's feat, but you might also try Horthol instead of the Fell Caller and Chronicler. He does make the max Long Riders into a very deadly machine with follow-up slams and boosted attack rolls for impact attacks. If you just gotta have 2 Fell Callers, you might even try using Horthol instead of the Axer, then max out the Krielstone with the extra point. Just be sure that you keep Mulg back for a second-wave / feat cleanup role.

The idea with the SSC was to help my Fennblades get to the enemy with minimal losses and then when they do ensure that retribution caused KD and then maybe even bonus' when atacking things with the two reach beasts.

The Fellcaller as suggested would also boost up the mat of my second main combat unit.

Now, the idea of horthol I've been toying with the whole time. I like that he would really pump up the Longriders but I worry that his skills would be less used in this list with the common tactic being running up to engage and destroy. But I'm definatley going to play test it out now after your suggestions.
