rune translation please

can anyone translate the runes on Kommander Strahkov's trench knife? I tried looking at serpent six's runes, but cannot figure it out. Well it doesn't say anything in the usual characters. Karchev's concept art gives most of them away, but I can't find J Q X or Z. Have fun making a word out of that.

On the plus side Strakhov's artwork (print) suggests he has a spell called 'Iron Fists'.

I'm not sure the knife really "says" anything. I did notice, however, that the grenades on his right side are labeled as "cinder bombs". Ongoing fire effect cloud ranged attack, mayhap? AoE that causes fire? Intriguing!
