The goal of this list is to take advantage of my favorite things that eHaley has to offer: her movement buffs, Temporal Acceleration, and her ability to manipulate my opponents pieces with Telekinesis and Dominate. Here's the lineup:

eHaley
Squire
Thorn
Lancer
Defender
Hammersmith
Black 13th
Gudrun

The Hammersmith would be bonded to Haley to make up for his main drawback. The Defender would be the primary target for TA, though if the extra 2" of movement would get him into charge range, I'd cast in on the HS instead/as well. TK and/or Dominate would be cast constantly in order to manipulate the battlefield, opening charge lanes and turning back arcs to maximize the damage output of Gudrun and the HS. The only drawback I can see in the theory stages is the match up versus infantry heavy lists. eHaley herself can spam Time bomb and/or Arcane Bolt to thin out the ranks and the HS can trample pretty well with the movement buffs, but the B13 would be taking on most of the infantry themselves.

Why are you running Thorn and a Lancer?

Too many focus-hungry jacks. Thorn, a defender, and one beatstick is plenty. Cut the lancer. Fit in Arlan and Junior somewhere. Maybe swap the hammersmith for a stormclad.

Yeah, lose a lancer insert Stormnoun or gunmages +UA. You don't need two nodes at 35 points, you really don't even need two at 50.

Here's a bit of a revamp, minus the Lancer:

eHaley
Squire
Thorn
Defender
Hammersmith
Black 13th
Gorman Di Wulf
Gudrun
Ogrun Bokur (on Gudrun)
Stormsmith

As I said above, the basic desire for this list is to have as much fun with eHaley's field manipulation spells as possible. Since this often works well with creating your own charge lanes toward models now facing the wrong direction, I've stocked it with a lot of single-bodied melee models (i.e. 'jacks and solos) for casting TK on. Then there is the obligatory Defender for taking advantage of TA. I realized that Gudrun and a Bokur are basically a six point heavy 'jack and I always want to run Gorman with the B13 for stealth, so these were pretty easy modifications.

The Black 13th are not nearly enough to deal with the infantry hordes available nowadays, especially with TA only affecting one of them. Swapping Gundrun for H&J would help quite a bit. THead can handle most infantry mobs all by himself, but you can't fit him in without cutting a bunch of stuff you need.

The B13th can kill for infantry a turn, and a bonded Hammersmith can trample nine inches without additional support from TA or TK. Not to mention TB, which can kill 3+depending on how close together your opponent lets their units clump. Swarms of infantry would be a bit of a head-ache for this list, but I don't see it being a major issue.

I'll back the comments that you need more anti-infantry. Also, in my experience Gudrun isn't worth 3 points in Mark 2. I'd suggest cutting him and the Bokur and adding some cheap infantry like Sword Knights.
