So, I recently bought some models to build up a nice Epic Lilith list {I know it's spelled wrong, but I prefer this spelling}. Anyway, you guys give me your thoughts.

I think an Angelius or 2 would be better than the Carnivean, just because they can benefit from eLylyth's feat and spells a lot more. In fact, I'd be tempted to ditch the 2 Shepards, Teraph and Carnivean in place of 2 Angelius.

the teraph IMO actually has a role with Elylyth. As pyro stated though, ditch the carnivean and replace him with Typhon. Warspears IMO are wasted with her along with the warcheif. at 35 pt the striders are good enough for your ranged unit and your ranged beasts ( typhon, maybe an angel) are going to double up as melee heavies. Also because elylyth has shadow pack you dont really need that shredder.

Only one of your beasts is getting anything out of snipe... I'd really go for an angelius or seraph in there.

they do not get the extra attack the feat grants and cannot boost their ranged damage rolls. they do not benefit from Shadow pack either which is another peg against them.

decent protection for the shepherds though, also not a bad idea to tie up/take out units that get in our face really quick (cryx comes to mind).

Dunno if I'd field them, but I see their use. Definitely lack synergy though.
