Fielding Epic Warcasters

Can anyone field an Epic or Advanced Warcatser?

Its seems a little to easy to just buy the an Epic Warcaster instead of earning the right to field it.

Are there any offical tournament rules on what you can or can't field besides a point cap for the challenge?

you can field an epic caster at any point level. they use to be restricted to longer games. they are sapose to be balanced with the original versions just a different option that represents the character at a different point in the story
