Fresh off the table. In comparison to the r model basic unit of the long riders, this one has really been a pita and I don't know why. I am really happy to have him finished.
I did a bit more rust like washes on the big armor plates. The bison has been done like the unit, as is the basic colour scheme again.

So please, fire away! Constructive criticism welcome, as always ;) !

I suspect the pics aren't doing your paintwork justice.
The gems look really good, as does the metal (I like how you painted the same scratches on both models.

Aye.. taking pictures... my old nemesis :) !
I always hate how much detail they take away, but I can't bring myself to build a light diffusion box to clutter my workspace even more and I never have the patience to shoot more then back / front.
Thanks on the gems. At first I thought they might distract from the overall appearance, but seems they don't.
BTW: I really like the Army Painter Matte Varnish. We don't get Testors Dullcote Spray Varnish in the EU for some health issues. I used Vallejo Brush on so far, but I really like the new spray varnish so far.

This is gonna sound awkward but . . . I really like the blending on the Bison's hind quarters.
