It's Mark II, we need to update our stuff so the new kids on the block can read things before making purchasing decisions. It's the reason why I started my Assault Kommandos thread, and I'm starting to see people do this as well with other threads.

We should probably avoid automatically including MKi tactics in this thread. While there are some very valid tactics in them, a lot are now outdated with the new rules. They need to be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Otherwise I would like this stickied as well.

Who do you guys think we should contact for this to be stickied? Would Polar Bear be able to do it? He used to be the Khadoran poster, but I think he's moved to the Swans.

1. I'd rather have complete strategy threads rather than discussion. That way, an interested party can get the money shot right away instead of wading through tons of posts to get contratry posts and misinformation. For example, I don't think the people in the Kayazy thread understand how Back Strikes work.

2. I'd die before letting a mispelt title into my holy list.

3. Yeah, I'm being a little elitist but that's because I'm used to writing strategy crap for Magic and it helped me become good at the game. If I had to wade through less than optimal threads, I wouldn't be as good as I am.

4. If you make your own write up that is pretty much complete, it'll be added if you want something on Kayazy's that bad. I'm currently working on Sorscha 'cause she's a Battle Box caster, and is pretty simple compared to Zerkova who required tracking down obscure rulings and advice.

Though I did think of making a Kayazy Assassin thread, but I'm too much of an AK fanboy. I'd actually prefer that we had a "discussion" thread where we talk about all sorts of uses and rulings, and then somebody post a complete break-down of the unit so there is a lot of detail. It's what I did on the previous boards with my threads about Zerkova and AKs.

Though I'm seriously waiting for someone to use all the info we pump into your discussion thread and make an amazing strategy thread on our Assassins. It's what I did with Zerkova and I think it turned out quite well.
