LOS on base advice?

I was about to go through and paint Los on the bases that need it but I'm worried I'll miss judge it

any advice on getting it accurate?

I assume you are referring to marks to define your front arc? what I do is place the model on a gridded mat but really anything with a long straight line will work, simply position the model over the line so it bisects the base where it should, and mark the base with a pencil or piece of chalk or anything that will mark the point where you are going to add your marks
