Venethrax already claimed ESkarre's head today - too bad it was my own ESkarre (a friend was borrowing some of my Cryx models tonight for a game against my Venny army):

Great stuff! I particularly like your Bane Thralls...the color choices and execution are really effective, especially the banner and the pale green spikes. I also like what you've done with Derylis...he looks very subservient and more insect-like with his arms close in like that. Nice work...can't wait to see more!

Ha ha, fear not - there is no "right side" for his arms because they are symmetrical. You can put them however you want.

I really like the color of your army. How did you paint the non gold parts of the armor on your jacks?

Kegtapper, the armor is Cryx Bane Base with the slightest drybrush of GW Boltgun Metal, I find it creates a good illusion of metallic armor. In fact it's a simple technique I use for just about any colour of metallic armor I want to simulate, just do a very light drybrush of Boltgun Metal. I'm sure the same thing would work with PP's own dark metallic colour.
