Figured I'd take the opportunity that the new boards have presented and organize several of my other threads into one thread that covers the progress of the force as a whole (taking a queue from MercyKiller and JTY and their awesome threads - now if I could only paint like them :P ), and hopefully inspire me to cover all that bare metal and green stuff finally.
My goal will be to keep the categorize the first few posts to cover Warcaster (Prime, Epic and Lion's Coup - can also hope to add Legendary or another WC willing to play second fiddle to Magnus ;) ), Warjacks, Solos, Units and Cavalry updated with the most complete pics of the various models, and just note progress in the thread below.
Thanks to all who have commented in the past, the feedback has often helped spark new ideas and improve on ideas that were only half way there :)

pMagnus (Finished) The one that inspired all my Warmachine insanity, loved the battlebox the moment I saw it at GenCon, who cares if I didn't actually get around to playing the game for another 2 years ;)

lcMagnus (WIP) the lc is for Lion's Coup, the Historical Scenario presented in NQ 7. Which they made Vinter, Leto and Stryker figures for, and even had conversion ideas for Inquisitors, Royal Guard and Clerics, but never bothered with the real star of the show.. Magnus. I felt that he deserved a chance to be reflected without his injuries, and using his BOOMstick for once.

Steelheads (WIP) - The only thing in my force that isn't tournament legal (so I may have to buy some actual Steelheads and seriously convert them to look like Cygnar Halberdiers). Based off of Cygnar City Guard and a friend's Sorsha that had broken. I had orignally bought them prior to the release of the actual Steelhead models, and then discovered that I really didn't like the Steelhead models when they came out. Of all the units, I kind of feel that there should be a little leway with 'counts as' for generic mercenary foot sloggers.

Loyalists (Trenchers/LongGunners) (WIP) Converted LongGunners to double as Trenchers (though strictly speaking, not tourney legal as anything but LongGunners). Not sure what I'll do if it turns out I can use both LongGunners and Trenchers in the same battle in the new Mk II rules.

Idrians (WIP) Converted Idrians made to look like Cygnar Rangers

For future conscripts and loyal sons of Cygnar - or maybe just some ale swilling trolls and treacherous cutthroats.

Loving the conversions. Amused to see a RT01 knife on the long gunner. Might look at converting another unit of long gunners similarly.

All of these are great. Reminds me of how bad i need to pick up a Renegade and Mangler at some point.

I love them!!
The LC Magnus is a fave of mine. I was following it in the old forum.
The only model that looks odd is the Talon. He looks like he's really tired, since his spear is drooping so much. But otherwise, great work!!!

Some really nice conversions there dude :)
Only question I have though is why you decided to put the Renegades head on up side down?

@ PG_Keravin : Lol, yeah, I may well need to replace that with something home made for the rest of the squad so I'm not using any 'bitz' from anothergame company.
@ Mercykiller : Thanks - and glad you caught the Eastwood angle on Croe. He'll be getting the requsite cigar and 5' oclock shadow ;)
@ purgatorial : Thanks, and now that the Mangler can be used by any Merc, it is even more valuable!
@ TimVanBoening : Hopefully I'll actually get a chance to work on him this week - been busy with a major PC virus outbreak on our network and haven't made much progress on him.
Yeah, I was trying to give the Talon a little character and make him look like he was a bit worn down from all the traveling. It wound up making him look more tired and maybe a little sad :(
@ Mr_Foulscumm : Actually, I also flipped over the Talon's head and added a little GreenStuff to the top (which became the bottom). It just looked cooler with the spikes on the top, rather then the bottom. Oddly, I decided just the opposite with the Renegade, and I liked it with the spikes on the bottom with kind of an 'underbite' look to it. I also extended both heads with some guitar wire. If I do my second Renegade, I will likely use a head from a different Cygnar 'jack.
Hopefully I'll get some actual updates in on these guys this week - and maybe even some actual painting done :)

The pose with magnus aiming his shotgun at something is absolutely awesome. If he ever gets a resculpt, I hope it looks like that.

Looks like the basis is a Cygnaran Journeyman Warcaster.

Correct!
Extra points if you can identify where the right arm is from ;)
Thanks for the compliments - I've actually made a bit more progress and really have to get some pics up. Sadly, I can't edit my old posts, so I may start fresh in a new thread :(
I'm also looking forward to seeing them get painted :)
