Do WG rockets count as part of the unit cap?

When I add 2 Rockets to my 10-man Winter Guard do I swap out models or add the rocketeers to the group, bringing the total to 12?

They are additions. So maxed out unit is 15(10 WG+2 from UA+3 rockets).

Between 1 and 3 rocket count as 1 weapon attachment. You can have 3 WG units and each have 1-3 rockets attached.
