Epic Makeda?s play style
*Epic Makeda is a very good caster for closing the distance but often this just lets her smash into an anvil or tarpit unit, which was expecting to be struck first anyways.
*Recommend giving Epic Makeda a buff that helps her army kill better once the combat has started. A popular suggestion is Eye of Menoth, and if need to remove Foxhole for the spell.

Epic Makeda?s feat
*Epic Makeda?s feat returns a limited number of troopers back into play with only 1 wound. They can not attack, and often just die again before accomplishing anything.
*Recommend replacing Epic Makeda?s feat with something that has a greater impact on the game. Something like Irusk?s feat or the High reclaimer?s feat.

Epic Makeda?s Foxhole
*With Epic Makeda?s aggressive play style foxhole does not come into play often. When it does it is often used on enemy models to gain LOS behind them, this does not seem like the intended purpose.
*Recommend replacing Foxhole with Artifice of Deviation.
*This change fits more in line with her aggressive play style.

Epic Makeda?s Inspiration
*Mk2 had a switch making only elite units fearless. This was a great change for the game and a warlock giving it out negates some of the emphasis of this.
*Recommend changing inspiration with total obedience. To help balance this out remove stay death as well.
*Epic Makeda is the leader of Skorne. It makes sense that she would get total obedience from Skorne models.

Epic Makeda?s unyielding
*Without reach a model can be attacked in melee without engaging anything back.
*Recommend losing unyielding for better melee potential.

Epic Makeda?s melee potential
*Epic Makeda?s melee potential is only strong for the combo attack. She is best used for killing single wound troops with low def.
*Recommend dropping combo strike. Epic Makeda should gain her weapon abilities back like they were in Mk1.
* Makeda went toe to toe with Vinter. Since then she has gotten more experience. Her melee damage output should reflect this. Also the Skorne will only respect a strong leader. Epic Makeda?s melee potential should be increased to reflect how strong she is.

The only major flaw I have with this is that removing Inspiration (trading fearless for Tough) is hardly a nerf at all. First, the TC just grants it back to you. Second, Tough, is generally more useful in a high CMD army.

It just seems a bit crazy to me. Agreed with much, if not all, of the other comments.

I also want fearless from the tyrant commander to be removed.

Tough is more useful but I also think stay death should be removed as well to help balance it out. I have used stay death on my turn to basically ignore free strikes and get troops into places they should not.

Overall it is a large buff and if you couple that with Eye of Menoth, it is over to top too good. I don't think she should get both, but hopefully this is good food for thought for the developers.

i like some of your ideas.

In regards to melee potential, why not give her weapon master?

She is the leader of the Skorne and one of its best swordsman, like you said she did take Vinter to the end.

I would definitely trade unyielding and combo strike for weaponmaster.

Already suggested something more like the HR's feat... we need to be able to do something with them.
