I've been tracking when all of our stuff comes out just so I have a general idea of when I might have to drop some cash. Figured I'd toss it up here so that it's in a central spot. I will try to keep it updated as I find out more. Please let me know if anything's missing or incorrect here.

It might be worth adding the Mercenary deck to the January release list. If you play with mercs at all, it's pretty much a necessity.

Seeing as how we only have access to maybe three mercs lol, I'll just keep to my little pdf printouts for now lol.

Maybe my merc buddy will simply give me the Gorman and Orin cards.

The Skarre release is just a resculpt, as opposed to specifically a MkII release, but seeing as I assume she'll be packaged with her new card, I'll toss it in there.

I agree. Thankfully, we'll be getting some stuff in the intervening months so we don't consume our fellow players in anticipation... well, not any more than usual, anyway. ;)

Personally, I'm curious how all the new pieces are going to fit together, and mesh with the rest of our army. All of that is going to get constantly reevaluated until the new book hits in May, when we get to see all of the beautifully disgusting things our Theme lists are going to encourage. ;)

I don't think they will be powerfull enough to warrant complaints. We are already playing against a faction that has a Tier system in place (ROS).

I think any problems will come from new casters/units that were not "properly playtested" by the player base. Me personally, I'm excited for all of the upcoming releases...

Anything heard about the Deneghra resculpt as seen in the book?

I'm hoping to be able to purchase her separately and not having to purchase another Battlebox.

No mention. I have got to see a close up picture first hand now in the book and i will say that it still looks like she has problems with her head. Not quite the eyes in the forehead problem of her alternate sculpt, but still a little wierd looking. Its a shame they haven't gotten her quite right in 3 different sculpts. In my opinion, the best so far is still the original battelbox one even though it is a little small, but then again, she's supposed to be pretty young there anyway I think

The picture is in the Prime MK II book. It looks good, except for the head/helmet looks a little funky, very bird like.

They just posted the resculpts for Feora and High Reclaimer on the front page. I was starting to settle into a general "enh" about this, but now I'm starting to wonder if there was a snafu or something, and the Cryx stuff just isn't ready. I guess it could be that we're getting our book later, but it's still kinda lame not to get something to try and keep the excitement in our faction.

I mean, even an official reveal of the Deneghra resculpt, or a reveal of the Goreshade resculpt, would be better than nothing. Not to mention perhaps a reveal of our new unit, or our warcaster (everyone else's has been shown).

I kinda feel like Cryx is the bastard stepchild of the factions. Mercs have been getting more reveals than Cryx has.

This is just a bias showing. Everyone feels that way when their faction is shown last. Cryx just happens to have that right now.

But showing you more earlier means people will be "We've seen this all before, show us something NEW" in April and May.

No, this isn't about whether what you say is good enough or not. The fact is, they've shown three resculpts for Menoth, two (if I recall) for Khador, 1 for Cygnar, the new warcasters for all three of the other factions, units for all three of the other factions, a solo for Menoth, and 1 new heavy and 1 new light for all four factions (ok, no light for Khador). Compared to that, Cryx has seen precisely 1 caster resculpt, 1 heavy, and 1 light (which is generally regarded as "who cares?").

I agree, if we were just last in the rotation, I could buy that. We're theoretically getting some reveals in the next No Quarter... in two months... along with Menoth... who've already seen their new Cinerators. Maybe we'll get a big batch of reveals next week, who knows. But for now, we feel forgotten, a bit.

No small part of that is because our Forces book will be last (aside from Mercs). It sucks to have to wait until everyone else has their new fluff and rules and Tier lists. I understand how that decision was made, but it doesn't mean it's not a little frustrating. And here comes the inevitable "Ho ho ho, you should try waiting for an army book in Warhammer," but we're used to everyone's new stuff being released at the same time in this game. :)

I acknowledge that a lot of my frustration comes from my own attitude. But the point of PR is to temper customers' attitudes in a strategic manner. So maybe Cryx is going to get revealed like a madman soon. I remember something similar to this happened with Menoth around the time of Legends; their new character jacks were way late, and it was lame, even as someone who doesn't play Menoth. I just don't want the same thing to be the case here.

PP has said before that a lot of what determines whose reveals are posted is whether the models are ready. We haven't seen Venethrax yet because, in all likelihood, the model is not yet ready. Sometimes it just happens. I have been getting anxious myself, but there's nothing that can be done. Its not something maliciously being done against you, or against Cryx players in general.

A few weeks ago Protectorate players were complaining of the same thing and even Cryx had more preview than they had seen. Now were up our eyeballs with Mentoth previews. I suspect Cryx will have its turn soon
