Quick costing comparison MKI to MKII

My old 747 point Madrak list used to cost me 747 points, it now costs 52.
My old 500 point Grim list used to cost me 495 points, it now costs 30.

So my first impression at them being cheaper in those two instances are completely wrong. I can now bring approximately one less beast in MKII with Grim and one less Solo with Madrak.

I plan to compare my two best lists for each faction, and then to make a few lists under the new system to see if I can make it work. At first glance though it appears we are now more expensive than before.

What have you guys found? Am I way off, or does it feel about right?

I believe 35 is roughly the new 500, so actually you have room to spare. Don't know anyone in my area that plays 25 point games.

That is good news, I thought 25 points was the comparison for 500.

My favourite Borka 750 is now 60 where as allowance is only 55 (50 + Borka's 5)
My favourite Borka 500 is now 36 where as allowance is 40 (35 + 5)
The difference? Champs cost 10 and Minion cost 11 which is what pushed the 750 beyond the limit.
Having said that, my minion of choice was/is R&B and haven't they stepped up. Will still be looking at ways to squeeze these bad boys in.
