I'm not sure if it's going to be versatile enough to take on a shooty army. Not worried about how these boys would perform in melee, but I have feelings that something like a Kraye + hunters list wouldn't be too pretty against it.
Also, are there any better options for a two-jack combo with this guy?

Hmm I would go with at least swapping one cent for another jack, recommendation...anything except a defender or light jack. The main problem is the speed of the list, the trick with this list is using energizer too its best effect so you can get your jacks in between the very thin area of being out of walking-into range.

I would consider a stormclad or Rowdy.... Rowdy is more focus efficient

Ol' Rowdy and/or the Stormclad is good advice.
I'm not much into the Centurion in MKII rules myself. For the same points, in Ol' Rowdy you've got 2 more mat, 1 more def, -1 arm, more speed, free charges, etc... Out of these abilities, to me what stands out as the most beneficail in a small list is it's mat 8. Many casters/locks have a high defense, plus def. buffs. One of your jacks is most likely going to be your caster killer.
The Stormclad has a range attack that can also produce a pow 10 auto hit. In melee it's higher in mat,def and p+s, has reach, faster, and produces a pow 10 auto hit (with every attack on it's sword), but 2 less arm-which is a wash if Fail Safe is up kept instead of Lightning Shroud.
Also with Energizer I'd get into the heat as soon as possible.
Try out what you got and adjust from there. Trial and error is the best learning tool.
