If the Stone has less then three fury does it continue to gain fury until it has three?
Same with mannikins can you continue to put more in play until you have three?

Yup, that's what it looks like!
It is a nice change, but the loss of their defenses kind of makes it not too worth it for me.

The additional mobility with Phase isn't bad. All in all, I think the model will be more useful, more versatile. You don't have to dedicate a unit of Shifting Stones just to move it. You lose the ability to be invisible if you don't have fury on you for the ability to generate your own fury. It'll change the way the stone is used, I think. I think players will keep it closer to the rest of their armies now, rather than plop it out as far as they can into the woods on the advance deploy because they know it's staying there.

It can be damaged by any ranged attack as far as I can tell anymore. That is a big deal as now I will just shoot them at range before they can do much of anything to my army. I certainly don't hate the things anymore.

Ya... they were a bit crazy before. It was so insanely difficult to harm them, and all the while those dang manikens were beating me up!
I am glad to see that they didn't just get nerfed, but got something in return for losing their defensive capabilities. They definitely appear to be more balanced... Now I've gotta find a circle player to beat up on!

I think it doesn't continue gaining fury, it only gain one fury point. I thnks it is: If have less than 3 place 1 fury point. I'm not sure...
About the Manikins, I think that if have fury to use can place manikins up to 3.

If there are fewer than 3 fury points on the Sentry Stone at the start of its activation, place 1 fury point on it.
"At the start of its activation" is a single point in time, so it only generates one fury per activation.
If there are less than 3 Mannikin Grunts in this unit in play at any time during its unitʼs activation, this model can spend 1 fury point to put a Mannikin Grunt in play.
Since this is "at any time" you can do it more than once during an activation.
