We have a tourny coming up, and we have to have three lists, and while epics and non epics don't stack, you cant have a duplicate warlocks. so a basic question, if I play minions as a faction, is it legit to take both blindwater and Thornwood contracts?

Contact your tournament organiser, but in a standard Steam Roller format Minions (and Mercs) are allowed to use different Pacts (or contracts) or theme lists for each list they bring.
