hello all

Not sure where this goes but....

I saw that some of the other factions have their own dice set with carry case. Was wondering if this is still available, have searched but to no avail. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.

Nope... those were out of production a LONG time ago. They sometimes pop up on eBay, but usually cost a lot.

Good luck!

Google "Cryx Dice Set", you might be able to find some. Took me a day or so to track some down. First roll with mine were two 6s... necrotite powers my dice.

My Cryx dice are pretty reliable. I also have the Skorne set (for Skorne, duh) and they consistently roll 4's on two dice (typically when I need a 5). I managed to predict it a couple of times in my last game. I think GF9 cursed some of the leftover boxes before they went OOP.

I hate seeing people with those faction dice sets, I swear they roll more sixes with faction dice than non-faction dice

I think that "dice predudice" is innane. I'm pretty sure that if some people had their way, each tournament would issue Cassino dice to each player at the start. Sighs.

but, then again, I have the "cockeysville Luck." no matter what set of dice I roll, I roll, generaly, High. it dont matter. should "lucky" people Like me not be allowed to play?

I know it is not rational and most likely a coincidence so I am not really serious and I realize most likely I just notice 6's more because they are the privateer press logo

Funny though, in one of my recent games the guy was using a merc dice set for his Cygnar and was rolling like crap. We joked that it was karma for not using the right faction set

lol. thats what happens. gotta keep those dice sharp.

I didnt mean to blast you, but cause i have "luck" ive been known to get lambasted for using dice that "roll more 6's" or what not. its just a pet peve.

bah... wants my NQ... wants my Mark II. why is everything in january so slow!

I have no problem with the black dice with have the privateer press logo. my problem is when I roll the ones with the cryx logo. I had a game I roll in an average of 3 on 2 dice the whole game.

Man, my Cryx dice roll great, but only for my Cryx models. I had to get different dice for my Trollbloods, because whenever I used the dice cross-faction I couldn't hit the broad side of a Juggernaut for whatever reason. When I'm playing Cryx, though, all manner of wondrous roll occur! I think my favorite was a mechanithrall getting off a random lucky combo strike on Caine and one-shotting him.

I had (past tense) a set. Gave them away quite some time ago. I don't normally roll very well but with the Cryx dice it reached a point of absolute ridiculousness. Away they went. I did keep the two with the PP logo though.

My Cryx dice are roundly hated at the club for their ability to roll 11s on 2d6 whenever I need it.

It took me a while to realise that the symbol was six, not one, but once I did...

I wish the old Faction Dice were a bit bigger. I have been using them, but recently I bought some 16mm Chessex dice to use instead, both because they are bigger, and I wanted two separate colors, one for attack and one for damage.

Whenever the new Faction Dice come out, I do hope they're bigger, and even if they're not, I'll probably get them anyway, just because. :D

Not Cryx, but I know my Circle dice are pretty imfamous for rolling high....on CMD checks. If I get box-cars again on a Terror check, the bastards are going into the bloody recycling bin.

Funny enough, apparently you can check some dice for air bubbles or something by putting them in water I hear, but the PP ones seem to sink, so not sure if that's any indication of anything on thier overall balance.

And stuff.

I knew something wrong with those dice!
