I don't know if this the right thread to post this kind of question :o
in my city there's only about 3 player :( who play this game, so i'm thinking to make some kind a demo game to attract people in my gaming club.
but the problem is well i got about 21pts of khador model right now and i'm gonna buy the khador battle box, but i can't afford to buy other faction battle box ( coz khador got some nice model to have this 2010 :D )
so my question is, is it ok (balance) to play battle box with let's say pbutcher+beast09+berserker?
thx before:)

I think it should be about balanced.
Also props for taking time and effort to demo the game.

Well... uhm... kinda. If you want to hook others on a game your demoing, you have to let them win (at first).
So you can play this box, but the other one should play it. You can play anything else. Jackheavy E-Asphyxious, for example. ;)

or is there any idea for khador jack demo list that more balanced than the battle box? with pvlad?
If you want to hook others on a game your demoing, you have to let them win (at first).
Having run more intro games over the years for more game systems than I care to name, and having recruited more newcomers to tabletop wargaming than I care to think about, that is not the case.
What matters is how well you present the game; the way you explain the rules should be succinct and easy to follow, you should introduce the game as a story, complete with begining, middle and end (the best way to introduce a duel between to battlegroups is as a snap shot of the action at the climax of a much bigger battle, whilst the armies fight all around two powerful warrior leaders face off against each other, or with Butcher and Sorcha, two old rival on the same side meet to settle a score, then explain about Butcher murdeing Sorcha's dad).
The game then tells the story and it really doesn't matter how it plays out, so long as it is enjoyable and exciting.
Be prepared to 'amend' rules as you go to make the game flow better, ansure the new guy knows what is going on, explain his options, and the repercusions of silly actions, and make him feel like he's in the game.
Do all of that right and even if you wipe the floor with him he should be hooked by the game, which is better than being hooked by the outcome.
One thing I would do, I'd give Sorcha Beast 09, even if it messes with the relative points values.
It fits the story, he is her 'jack.
