I am planning on going to a 35 pt tournament tomorrow and would like some last minute advice/critique of the two lists I plan on taking. I plan on using estryker as my main list and enemo for heavy armor and hordes opponents. I dont own ATGM or the Blk 13 at the moment so they aren't available options for this tournament. Thanks in advance for the help.

Appologies if this is too late.
Your eStryker list looks very good but I would think about what role you want your long gunners to play.
In my opinion they aren't really adding anything to the list.

The unit it too small to put out a high damage CRA and they can't deal with stealthed units.
They can pick off around 6 single wound infantry a turn by pairing up and double tapping, but do you really need that in your list?

Bearing in mind you don't have any gunmages, have you thought about trenchers?
They are 6 points for a six man unit that synergises well with eStryker.
They can perform a similar role to the long gunners if you want (picking off singlewound infantry) but can also bring more to your army.

For one thing you can advance them ahead of your stormblades and screen them with smoke.
The trenchers will probably die but if you can get your stormblades into melee fully intact, the trenchers sacrifice will have been worth it.
If your trechers survive you can stick them in melee and benifit from stryker's feat turn.

You can send them after stealthed targets (melee or 5" range) where as you'd want to keep your long gunners back.

They can counter your opponent's tarpit units.
With advance deploy you can just run up and get in the way to keep eStryker's path clear.

Trenchers are ment to be used an abused.
They rarely survive to the end of my games but they achieve so much before they die.
Your list is all about delivering eStryker to the enemy caster and your Stormblades/heavy jacks to the bulk of your opponets army.
The stormsmiths, Arlan and Journeyman are support to help them get there, I feel the trenchers would also fit into this role better than the long gunners.

I can't really comment on your nemo list as I haven't really played him.
The long gunners would work with him because they can hang back with enemo and pick off things trying to get close.

In an eStryker list the long gunners just aren't mobile enough.
