So I may be a bit behind however from what I can remember, aside from territorial pigs, what is the major conflict between the Thornfall Alliance and Blind water congregation?

I think that was pretty much it. The one conflict in the book was based entirely on the Farrow attacking over territorial transgressions, while Calaban just wanted to use the conflict to complete his big voodoo.

Pretty much. I imagine that after the Gatormen were driven off, it was pretty much settled. In the primitive "society" Carver's constructed, I wouldn't imagine the animosity lasts much beyond that.

Territorial issues plus pigs are delicious.

It seems that the Farrow are more simple-minded then keeping grudges. Much of their "society" deals with infighting and trying to climb the social ladder so as to then crush those beneath you (and to please Lord Carver). The Crocs stuck their noses into piggy territory so as to charge that voodoo they were casting and then scuttled out.
