pMakeda - 5
Cyclopse Brute + 5
Basilisk Krea + 4
Cetrati (full) + 11
19 - 5 = 15
I'm playing against a pKaya, 2 Argus, Feral Warpwolf, and a Gorax.
Picked pMakeda because of the SPD/MAT/DEF/ARM boosts for the Cetrati, and Muzzle. The Brute will keep Makeda safe from knockdown. The Krea and Muzzle will keep the beasts in check for the Cetrati to destroy. And Makeda's feat wll just help keep the Cetrati Around if he gets the jump on me. Makeda allows the Cetrati to make a full 10" advance in shield wall with ARM 22 under Defender's Ward and still be able to swing.
What do you guys think? Would it be better to run eMakeda?

Howdy. (Prepare for a long wind) You can call this cheesy, but if you know someone is going to field so many warbeasts I would highly reccomend bringing an Agonizer with you, namely so you can use the 'Gnawing Pain' ability to spare your men/beasts one less damage die from your enemies.
This being said, you are obviously out of room in your army to field anything else, so I would reccomend removing the Cetrati and replacing it with a Basilisk Drake and the Agonizer. Using these four I would suggest positioning your beasts so that your brute intercepts charges (with the Agonizer in to protect him) and position the drake to be able to move in and withering gaze (boost the attack, boost the damage, you wont need its fury for anything else) and still leave space for your krea to engage in melee (while being within 3 inches of the drake). The krea/drake combo will let the krea have automatically boosted melee attacks and damage rolls, while attacking target X in its back arc for easier hits. Use Makeda's Savagery to let your Krea run without being forced (it doesnt need the extra damage die from the charge, already recieving it from the drake). This will make for 5 P+S12, automatically boosted attack/damage, on a targets back arc. This should finish off anything your opponent can offer. On your opponents turn make sure that your agonizer is positioned so that enemies will stay inside of its 8'' aura and force them to have one less die on their attacks, remember that only the tip of their base has to be within range for it to work, so you may have more room available than you think. And that, as they say, is that. Sorry for the long-winded opinion lol.

Using this list against that sort of enemy i think pMak is going to be better than eMak for what you need to get done. Carnage should help you more consistently hit the circle DEF and if you can tie up the beasts with your cetrati the feat will help revive any that do die. Defender's Ward probably wouldn't be too bad on the Brute as a secondary option either; whatever you end up using it on it will negate the bonus that pKaya gives her beasts to hit.
Just be real careful about the circle trying to run beasts around your cetrati line to go for a spirit door assassination!

That's an interesting team pKaya running for 15 points. It's got good synergy, two high speed lights that can shut down your charge and defense to ensure the Feral WW and she get the primary attacks off to kill the Cetrati and then for her to spirit door away. I think I'd run something like:
eMakeda
Molik Karn
Bailisk Drake
Cyclops Savage
Pop eMakeda's feat early when you have a chance to hit with the drake and send Molik in to do as much damage as possible. On the charge he'll kill the Feral even with protective plates up: Charge combo strike = 14 damage. Buy another attack and boost and you still have 2 Fury left to cast your animus. Oh and you should be making this attack under the feat turn to make sure you hit. eMakeda also has Stranglehold to really help with beast control, and Road to War to help from the Doppler Bark. Between that, the Drake's animus, and Molik's animus, it's very hard to keep you immobile which is what that team sounds like it's for.
Can you run Epic casters in such a small game?

There are no restrictions on using epic level casters now.
