pSorscha in MK2

Preparing for the upcoming Escalation tournament I've been trying to choose a warcaster to build around. My first thought is to pair eSorscha with my Winter Guard I love so much, but that leaves me with pSorscha for the 25pt round.

I only just started playing and while I love pSorscha in the MK1 games I've played, it seems to me she is lacking in MK2. Her feat was nerfed by the shake effects, and it is really out shined by pKreoss's own feat that doesn't require LOS. Her stats across the board are average, and she while still having impressive range doesn't get the 20 DEF she was working with.

Is she still worth it in MK2?

I think she'll still work in MKII. You just can't be as passive with the use of her feat now-- you freeze things like warjacks and warcasters so that you can beat the hell out of them RIGHT NOW, not so you can set up the kill stroke. Just be ready to take down the appropriate targets when you pop your feat.

Her feat still "works" just fine against everything other than warcasters and warlocks, so keep that in mind. We tend to focus a bit much on Shake Effects. At 25 points, you'll see plenty that's not going to be shaking off Stationary effects.

She can still help out the Winterguard-- Fog of War isn't quite as awesome as Iron Flesh, but it ought to help out somewhat on the way in. Let them do the heavy lifting, and have Sorscha support as she can.

I think she is. She's still a very solid assassination caster. I see a lot of people complain about shake off making sorschas feat "nerfed" but in EVERY game I popped her feat, the enemy caster died that same turn. That's just the thing about her feat, once you use it it's all or nothing. but with a 17" threat range you really shouldn't have a problem reaching them. And sure she's not DEF 20 anymore, but DEF 18 is still VERY hard to hit, and you can still use fog of war to cover her advance even more.
