I had built a 35pt list before and wanted to build it up.
The whole point is to screen the small based models by Boomhower & Co. and have 2 4+ tough units that can't be knocked down by upkeeping Solid Ground.
As you can tell this list is extremely infantry heavy and doesn't die to a couple of AOE's. It really pissed my friend off.
It's a very straight forward assassination/anti assassination focused list.

Gorten without a Driller?

Seriously, though, my first impression is that it looks a bit haphazard, with a sprinkling of all these different units. Your hardest hitters are...Boomhowler & Co? The Basher is a great disruption piece, but you need *something* to do serious damage. I'd suggest a Driller, as it can really om-nom-nom just about anything that comes along (especially between Gorten and Thor).

I do love me some Driller...
