Playing with prime only, 2 possible 35pts lists.

I'm playing a game with just the models from prime, it's a celebration for the book released game and I've got two lists I like both at 35pts, any suggestions for changes are welcome but remember, prime only.

Now list one is very jack heavy, which means I'm going to have to be smart with my focus but the different roles of the 'jacks means I can allocate to whichever needs most to do their job. But the combined approach has won me many a battle. Plus it has a strange symmetry which appeals to me. (one shooting light, heavy and unit and one melee light, heavy and unit. If you can call a lancer a melee 'jack...)

List two is mostly just shooting with some stromblades to clear off anything that gets too close, less 'jacks so less focus demanding but then again Caine has always been pretty tight with the stuff. So I'm bringing along his apprentice to help him out a bit.

I actually like a mixture of the lists.

Take list 1 and change out Caine for Stryker. You have a lot of infantry that could benefit from Strykers feat, and can protect the stormblades until they get into close combat.

he Defender can knock out an opponents cortex which is helpful. Stryker can disrupt an enemy jack with his sword/ gun.

The Gun Mages can do the d3 push back attacks, or snipe enemy infantry.

The only thing that I am not sold on is the Sentinal... I can see the benefit to the Shield Guard that it has though.

And if anything I hope the Defender gets snipe on it, so that Jr can be protected.
