Bomber and Quick?

Bomber-This figure's minimum blast attack range is 1???
Minimum, meaning the absolute lowest number, meaning you can't attack anyone closer than 1 space...or in other words right on top of you? I'm not understanding this at all. As far as I know, a figure with a blast attack, either short range or long can attack any figure within their range correct? Is there some ability that could lower range or something?

Quick...if a morpher or monster(not sure if any have it) has this ability they move for free right?

Normal blast range is 2+ (short range is 2-3, long range is 2-5). This means you can't shoot anything adjacent to you. Bomber says your range is 1, so you can shoot adjacent figures.

Yes, monsters with quick move for free (because your monster is the same faction as your... monster). ;)

Bomber allows you to make a ranged attack against a figure that is adjacent to you. Normally minimum blast range is two as you cannot make a ranged attack against an adjacent figure.

You don't have to spend an action die to move a figure with quick. It still only gets to move once.

Gotcha. To be honest I must have missed the part about not being able to attack adjacent figures with a blast attack. Thanks for the quick clarification guys.
