Does Borkas feat allow an extra damage die on the Impaler's Critical Smite?

I would say no. The Impaler get to slam do to a critical effect of a normal attack. just my thought

It does say collateral damage but not necessarily in context of power attacks. Just some wording to look out for.

looking at it that way, you would be right. I do think that the impalers critical is still a normal attack that does collateral damage. Great catch on the wording though.

The collateral damage I'm sure is ok, but the slam damage I'm not so sure.

The critical smite is not a power attack. Therefore, the feat cannot give it an additional damage die. (As of 1/29)
