I think Bane Knights and Nyss Hunters cost 10 for a full unit.

I do not have my books handy but I believe that you hit 35 points exactly, can someone confirm this? You should do fine so long as you stagger the infantry so as to mitigate AOE casualties.

Drop the Nyss Hunters and max the banes. At 35 you really only need one node with him so drop the 2nd nightwretch and upgrade the first one to a defiler or ripjaw.

And Darragh. That extra 1" threat range for your entire army is quite significant and I suppose Beyond Death is useful from time to time as well.
