Contents of MKII deck

Here's a run down on what's in the deck for those of you needing multiple cards.

1x every Character Warcaster, Warjack, Solo and Unit from Prime through to Legends.
Castigator x2
Crusader x3
Dervish x3
Devout x4
Guardian x2
Reckoner x3
Redeemer x4
Repenter x4
Revenger x4
Vanquisher x3
Allegiant x2
Seneschal x2
Hierophant x1
Paladin x2
Reclaimer x2
Vassal x2
Wrack x1
And x1 every unit and UA except for Bastions that are x2.

So basically it's mostly just FA's for everything except for Jacks, and one of anything that doesn't need a damage track.

If you've got more of one type of Jack than is in the deck, you've been warned. :p

Thanks for this - I just found out that my deck won't be arriving til Monday...I am less than amused.

One thing I note is that's a lot of Devouts. Here's hoping for a Tier list that makes fielding 4 of them worthwhile. I'm thinking Amon's...I mean, isn't there a nice piece of art with him surrounded by Devouts? :p

Remember that if you pick up a plastic Protectorate Heavy kit, you get a card for a Vanquisher, Crusader, and Templar - that may account for the low Crusader count.

Good point, the planned 2 templars should remedy the crusader problem. I can probably get with some other local players and trade some cards (since I'll be purchasing all 5 faction decks this afternoon), I'm sure there will be other players in my area with a similar situation.

Well perhaps we can all trade or something. I'll need 2 more Seneschal cards but I only have one of each heavy jack so I'll have tons of extra of those. Perhaps a gentlemen's agreement to mail them in an envelope at no charge to each other?

I'm at work right now so I can't check for sure. But off the top of my head there was some new artwork, but most of it was the classic art.

Going to need a few more cards for my dervishes/devouts and will have to buy another reckoner so I can use the third card...

Maybe we should either start up a new thread or continue here about the extra cards we have for trade and PM the person (and edit your card count after!). If we do start a new thread make it for extra card posts only just to keep it clean and short

I also find it humerous that the Cleanser's base ARM is higher than the TFG!

I picked up my Menoth and Merc decks today. The changes that were rumored are true. -1 DEF and ARM on Covenant, Fear of God instead of Rebuke etc.

It works the same as the pdf one afaik.

Each other model in the battlegroup benefits from Synergy, the initial model no longer gets the benefit.

It was always an attack, but it wasn't attached to a weapon so you can't use it on the charge. Unless the put it on a weapon...which would make me very happy.

The problem is that if it were attached to the fists you would lose it if the fists were destroyed. One nice feature about Combustion is that it's 2 Dice damage until the jack goes down, you can't disable it.

I'd rather have the 3" of threat range. That said I haven't run him in mk2 but plan on doing so regularly real soon.

My card deck didn't have a wall template for Feora's Wall of Fire spell. Not a big deal for me since I have the MKI template, but if you're starting with MKII what are you supposed to use?

Although i'd wager we'll see new artwork for at least some of the other stuff in FoW:Protectorate

StepheninNYC - use the one that comes with Feora. If you have the old Feora model then you have the old Wall of Flame template. If you don't have Feora yet then you'll be buying one (either old or new sculpt) which will include a (possibly) new Wall of Flame template. Either way, the template hasn't changed from MkI to MkII, so you can use either of them without worry.
